The 14-year-old from Bandar Baru Semariang was said to have recently ‘added’ the male teen as a friend on the social networking site before agreeing to meet him last Thursday.
She was said to have kept the matter to herself until her father, who noticed she was not her usual self, questioned her and was told about the alleged incident.
Following the revelation, he accompanied his daughter to the police station to lodge a report.
Police are investigating.
